裁判官　「あなたには接見禁止命令といって、基本的に弁護士と領事館関係者以外の接見を認めない決定が下されました。これは、被疑者が接見により証拠を隠滅させる恐れがあると判断されたからです。」

Judge "A court order has been issued in order to ban your contact with anyone except your lawyer or someone from the embassy. The court took a risk for a suspect to conceal evidence as a result of contacting someone into consideration very seriously." 

検事 「あなたには、言いたくないことだけ言わない権利もあります。ただし、言うからといって嘘をついてよいわけではありません。質問に答えるときは、真実を語ってください。」

Prosecutor "You also have the right to choose to answer only questions that you want to answer. However, that doesn't mean you may tell a lie. So speak truthfully once you decide to do so."


 

例 被疑者 「刑期はどれくらいですか？」

Example 1. "How long am I going to be in prison?"
Example 2. "Do I have to stay in prison for how long?"
Example 3. "How long do I have to spend time in prison?"
Example 4. "How long is my prison time going to be?" 

You have the right to remain silent and get you a counsel.
あなたには黙秘する権利および、弁護人を付ける権利があります。
If you can't afford one, you can request the judge to appoint a defense counsel.
経済的に困難な場合、判事に弁護人選任を依頼することもできます。
In that case, you have to submit a report of your finance.
その場合、あなたの財務状況を申告する必要があります。
