After I had a child, I realized that eye contact isn't always necessary.

I might be much more effective than I imagined.
There are more and more people out there who ended up being where they are after all that has been said and done by me.
It's safe to say that I changed some parts of their lives.
Am I responsible for that?
Absolutely.
That's why I have to step up my career to help more people.

十代の自信
Senior workers in the society should be more tolerant to young and inexperienced ones.
In many cases, experiences matter.
What should those with less experiences do?
There's nothing they can do about it.
Who can do something about it, then?
In my opinion, the experienced should be more giving and sharing for the inexperienced.
They should never look at their résumés to find out who they are, but they should take risks by recruiting the youth with lots of confidence with no bases.
I'm sure they have power to make something happen and overcome whatever gets in the way.

It's so easy to criticize people or push them away.
What's more challenging is to stay side by side with them and listen to what they have to say.
My saying this doesn't mean I can do it.
It's just that I'm so determined and ready to do so.

Seven virtues: longevity長寿, fortune幸福, popularity人気・評判, candor誠実さ, amiability愛想, dignity尊厳 and magnanimity寛大さ, are supposed to represent each deity from the Seven Lucky Gods.
Jurojin is about longevity, right?
I guess fortune can be represented by Fukurokuju.
Then amiability seems to match Hotei because this old fat guy is smiling.
I know Benten is for popularity.
Bishamonten is definitely for candor.
What about the rest?
Dignity and magnanimity???
Daikokuten is for wealth and Ebisu is for commerce.
I have no clue which one falls into which...

印象深い人
The person who made a deep impression on me was a math teacher in junior high school.
He was already old back then, so he might as well be dead by now.
He always told us that he was so proud of himself being super healthy.
I guess he actually was.
It's funny that he never sounded arrogant when he was telling us all his proud stories.
I wonder if he's still alive after all...

愚の経験
All parents tell their children to do the right things.
As a matter of fact we don't.
Does that make us bad children?
It doesn't.
Going against the authority is our first step to get independent.
Our parents are the first one to fight against.
If our parents are able to provide us with living, food, clothing forever, we wouldn't have to do that.
In fact, they won't be there for us some day, a lot sooner than we imagine, I guess.
We are supposed to be independent before that ever happens.
It's time that both parents and their children grew up and moved on for their own good.
