We're all different.

That's what we're supposed to know.

However, we sometimes forget that and try to push ourselves onto the edge.


 

I'm struggling right now.

That's not about what I usually do to make a living.

"Conventional ways of thinking" is making it difficult for me to breathe normally.

Ideas are always flooding out of my head though, they are regarded as trash.

Nobody has ever tried.

I have never tried before.

That's why it's fun, maybe.

遊びはこれらの表現を習得するのに最適な活動といえる。

指導者ダイスとしての立場：
1.個々の習得ペースを把握する
2.個々の性格を把握する
3.生徒の習得ペースに合わせて指導する
4.個々の学びのチャンスを発見し、例文化する
5.同じタイプのフレーズを繰り返す
6.暗記を促すのではなく、発声方法の習得を促す
7.質問に対し、ストーリーを意識して説明する
8.開始を明言せず、生徒が勉強だと身構えない仕掛け作りに徹する
9.生徒の素朴な疑問に耳を傾け、それを起点にレッスンを展開する

自分がこれまでたどってきた道で、今の英会話スキルを習得するまでに１５年かかっています。
もし、英語をほかの科目のように「勉強」せず、身構えずにもっと自然なやり方で語学習得を進められていたら、という反省に立ってこのような信条に行き着きました。

Several years ago, as a part of the reason that I first started out my business, I wanted to get away from the world of volunteer.

It's not that I don't want to help other people in need.

I get easily worn out by doing way too much without thinking.

Changing the world you live in is one way to handle your issues, but leaving that environment is another.

Now I realize that I still do what I'm most talented with.

Oh, my.


 

My life can't do without helping others.

It doesn't matter if I'm on business or on a volunteer activity.

It's like an adrenalin.

When I feel I am needed by someone, I can't help but act right away.



 

My body sometimes sends me a signal.

It tells me that I'm pushing too hard.

The signal is always so clear that I can recognize it right away.

That's a lucky thing, I guess.

Either the signal is too little or I don't notice could give me a finish blow.

I got to keep being sensitive to my body.

ちょっと驚きの結果！



 

なんだかあっという間に一週間が過ぎ去ってしまった．．．

We learn things and keep them to ourselves.

I guess it's okay until you hit around 40 years old.

After that?

We should begin to share them.

It's like we store food in the fridge.

We have to take some out and eat them before they go rotten.

As we constantly store new things, it's not that hard to imagine how important it is to keep learning.


 

I used to search more information than I provided it to others.

Maybe I still do, but the proportion of my giving information to others seems to have become bigger.

At some point, we all have to be on the providing side rather than obtaining side though, some of us won't give away their information because they are, in a way, parts of their lives.

 

明日 月曜日の イングリッシュCafe は平常どおり営業しております。

ピザは出ません（笑） 

Unlimited potentials are given to the man kind.

That's like blooming flowers one after another.

What we do here is just watch them.

They are just blooming.

However, some of them don't realize that they are.

My job is to hold a mirror so that they can actually look themselves into it.

What a satisfying moment it is to see their
reactions when they realize how much they are blooming.

明日金曜日のイングリッシュCafeは平常どおり営業しております。

テントウムシの大好物がアブラムシだと聞いたことがあるのですが、実際に見る機会がありました。

これ、人間でいうところの カニ 食べ放題 的な感じ？

 

When i find a sprout, I grow.

That's pretty much what I do.

If you are one of the hazers out there, you'll never understand why I do this.

Picking a sprout means that you put an end to it .

It also means you take a life away from someone.

I know you'd say that you didn't kill anybody.

But you did. 

It was this close for a life to be lost without being seen by anyone.

The gold fish my sister has taken care of for years jumped out of the water tank today.

I was there lying on the futon mat doing nothing particularly.

As soon as I heard the splash and small thud sound, I jumped up onto my feet and ran to the fish.

I don't remember well though, I grabbed it and threw it back into the tank.

To make sure the fish was okay, I was watching the tank for about half an hour.

I advised my sister to at least wrap the top part of it until she gets a proper cover.

Today, I saved a life, a small life.

At the same time, I felt a great sadness of the situation if I hadn't been there.

The fish is still poking the wrapping all the time like nothing happened though, I didn't let anybody feel sad.

Well, is it only me that the cat looked a little sad because the wrapping keeps her from accessing that water?

I don't know much about things, yet I know something more than other people in some areas.

What always amuses me is that some young talented people come to me for help and I'm luckily there to help.

Those people have already had something that I once dreamed about.

It's no longer possible for me to get that, but I can still help them step forward.

I'm so happy to be able to take part in their development.
