In Japan, lawyers can't protect suspects as well as they do in western countries.

In other countries, suspects could get away with their charged offences no matter if the crime has been committed or not thanks to their lawyers.

However, in Japan, their depending on lawyers too much might end up with losing parole, probation or suspension term when they are prosecuted.

Honesty is the key.

First sentence doesn't say the person dislikes all foreigners.
最初の文章では、彼がすべての外国人が嫌いだとは言っていません。

Foreigners who he or she doesn't like are those who commit crimes.
彼が嫌いだといっているのは、あくまで犯罪を犯すような外国人のことだけです。

Second sentence says he or she dislikes all foreigners because he or she thinks they are all criminals.
２番目の文章では、外国人のことを全員犯罪者だとみなしてしまっているようです。彼は偏見を持った人のようですね。

Don't hate criminals. Hate crimes.
犯罪者を憎まず、犯罪を憎め。

That's how I'm supposed to think.
この考えで臨みたいと思います。 

日本に来る外国人が増えることが一概にいいこととは言えなくなってきました。それは外国人による犯罪の増加です。残念なことです。

１日は別件なのですが、その他は通訳業務で　松本警察署　におります。１２：１０～１２：５０　の時間帯は携帯を確認できるかもしれませんが、９：００から１８：００までがっつり取り調べになることが予想されます。

Both good and bad live in our hearts.

We got to deal with them to begin with. 

Majority has been deciding most part of everything so far.

A voice might be raised from an individual.

It somewhat travels to the majority side.

Minority, on the other hand, always die slowly.

To join majority or to join minority, that is the problem...

I didn't know this.

The quality of food and accommodation in Togakushi is AMAZING!

It's one of the closest destinations for sightseeing though, it's just that we usually don't think about staying at one of these ryokans.

So I tried.

It's merely half an hour drive from where I live.

Study hard.

Do the homework.

These phrases are what typical parents say to their children.

Study English hard.

Speak English because you study it.

By hearing these phrases, children would probably do exactly opposite.

If parents say, "do it.", their children won't.

If they say, "don't do it", that will exactly be what their children do.

I've seen a child who responded to me in English very naturally, only to find that the child suddenly restated in Japanese, and then the child never said a word in English.

Yeah, right.

This kid always hears the kid's parents say "speak English.".

That's why.

Restating what's said in Japanese is the only way to resist to this phrase.

That's sad.

Kids will eventually speak English.

It's just that this phrase could delay the time when they start speaking English.

Parents should just be a little more patient.

It could take up to 5 to 7 years.

I can say this, because here I am.

I went through this period.

In our lives, truth isn't just one.

Depending on who you are, it can vary.

Truth may be different between two people.

It's mostly like what you'd like to know rather than what it actually is.

You want to know the truth? Here it is even though it may be something you wouldn't want to hear...


 

If you want to learn how to play baseball, you should start throwing balls at least.

Watching it is good if you can't or don't have time to do it.

Out in the field, it's also important to learn what kind of moves you make in baseball.

Playing the catch, hitting balls with a baseball bat, and recognizing what are there, you are getting ready to play.

Rules?

You can learn it while playing.

If it's not enough then, you can learn it from someone or something now and then.

I don't think it's not that different from learning a language, I guess.

What are you doing there?

Studying it from textbooks to be fluent?

Reading books all the time so that you can get more vocabulary?

Aren't you too scared to do what you are supposed to do in reality?

Since my recent business started, there haven't been many chances to be around those who emit positive ones.

Everybody is different.

Some grow and learn faster than others.

Of course, everyone should be treated equally though, everyone can't be so in reality.

Where do we start then?

I think we all should have an attitude to respect each other.

If we could do that, we wouldn't even need to address equality issues in the first place.


 

The Japanese TV companies all report about ISIL as if there's a new country named ISIL.

They label them as terrorists though, they seem to like to add a nuance that all muslims are dangerous people.

Not all of them are like that.

Say people in Indonesia and Malaysia, most of them are muslims who practice the teachings very seriously.

Now it seems that many Japanese people have an impression that all muslims are terrorists.

That's sad.

The media have a responsibility to get us out of biased ideas; they are not supposed to give us ones.

Many Islamic countries are safe to get around.

I'm even planning to visit Malaysia soon.


 

Accusers and the accused do what they have to do to benefit the most from each other.

The former ones and the latter ones expect totally opposite consequences.

Things fell apart in the early years of my career.

In the recent years, they've come together.

They've once gone, but they've been back together.

All the things I thought I had wasted time and money have ended up with backing me up for most of the situations that I need to take actions.

Now I appreciate myself for what I've done back then.

What is easy or difficult depends on how you perceive things.

If you believe that they are easy, it seems so.

If you believe that they are hard, it also seems to.

Running just 100 meter might be difficult for some.
