選択は自由だ。
選択をするかしないか、それも自由だ。
歴史はのんびりと進む。
何千年という選択の道は見通しがいい。
変えるという選択、
変えないという選択、
選択をしないという選択もある。
今日見たのは、とてものんびりとした選択の流れだった。 

生まれて初めて「ダチョウのステーキ」なるものを調理しました。
I cooked an "ostrich steak" for the first time in my life.
あらかじめ調理してあるものを温めなおすような感じでしょうかね。
It was more like re-heating pre-cooked one though.


焼き上がりは当然ながら、何の肉なのか分かりません（笑）
I have no idea what meat this is from the first look.




率直な感想は、うまい肉 です！
My honest answer is... it's a delicious meat!
味はやっぱり 牛肉 に近いですかね。牛ステーキだといって出されても、普通に美味しいなと食べてしまいそうです。
It tastes like beef after all.
I would eat and think it's beef without a slight doubt if somebody serves one saying it's a beef steak.

I've been blessed with all kinds of troubles.

It's supposed to be a piece of cake for me.

Am I getting older lately or what?

Often I'm short of breath to handle them... 

I feel I've been tested over and over again.
It's probably I've been more and more trusted, and been expected more.
The way I'm becoming more responsible, if I go through all this, I will be able to feel that I'm growing.
Soon I can reach the top of the wall... 

本日 3月11日（土）が 3月最後のイングリッシュCafeになります。

四月はダイスが無事に4月5日に帰ってこれれば、その週の金曜日からになります。 

明日 3月10日（金）の イングリッシュCafe は、ダイスが非常勤講師を務める専門学校の講義があるため、お休みとさせていただきます。

11日（土）は 朝九時半から 平常どおり営業しております♪
