Course I chose was 15 km one.
I saw many supporters cheering is up.

These are craft works made by my adult students at monthly sewing event done in English.

They were used in the lesson for the small child today.

He seemed to have enjoyed with them, which made me feel very happy ;-)

先日いただいたカボチャの一つを食べようと入刀。
I curved one of the pumpkins someone gave me the other day in order to eat.



ハロウィンも近いので、ジャックオーランタンを作りました♪
I made this Jack o' Lantern as Halloween is approaching ;-)





このカボチャを食べるという目的も果たすために少々風通しをよくしましたが（笑）
Nice air comes into the pumpkin as I cut off its major part that was going to feed me LOL 

第24回　竜の里須坂健康マラソン全国大会

　をあと一週間にひかえ、坂が多いとの情報もあり雲上殿の上のほうまで一時間ほどランニングしてきました♪
Today, I went for a jog for about an hour up to Unjouden (owned by Zenkoji Buddhist Temple) to prepare for 24th Ryunosato Suzaka Health Run. I chose this course because the real course seems to have many ups and downs.

I had a company this time, Pisu at cafe MAZEKOZE ;-)





雲上殿と秋の空はベストマッチでした☆
I liked the combination of Unjouden and the autumn sky.





個人的には長野市で一番きれいな夜景スポットだと思っている場所まで上がってきました。
In the end, I ran up to this spot, which I personally believe is the best for the night scape in Nagano City,  

英会話プラス「　　」を常に探る中、今後も月一回ペースで実施していきたいイベントが浮上しました♪

善光寺表参道秋祭りは大盛り上がりだったのではないでしょうか。

仁王門付近から始まる赤い提灯にいろんな名前が書いてありました。

ダイスがアルコールと英会話は相性がイイなと思う理由は、アルコールが英語の発音の習得にプラスに作用すると思っているからです。
I think drinking alcoholic drinks and learning English conversation get along so well, because alcohol might help you understand the pronounciation more physically.

常に口の先のほうで発音する日本語と違い、英語は割と口全体を使って発音しています。
Unlike Japanese letting you pronounce around your lip all time, you have to use wider parts of your mouth to pronounce English.

それが一体アルコールと何の関係があるのかって？
You might want to ask like, "What does this have to do with alcohol, then?" . I understand.

一番のメリットは、やはりリラックス効果でしょうか。
Its merit is that you can relax with it.

口全体の筋肉がほぐれて、英語を発音するのに適した状態になると思うのです。
The muscle around your mouth is also relaxed, so it comes to the best condition to pronounce English.

英語には　ア　の音が３つもあります。 a u o がそうです。カタカナにしてしまえば　ア　という音ですが、全部微妙に違います。
In Japanese, these phonics sounds of a, u and o are just regarded as one sound.

bag　かばん
bug　虫
bog　湿地帯

は、どれも日本語の音としては　「バグ」　に聞こえます。 These words all sound the same in the Japanese phonetic sound.

３つの　ア　の音を正しく発音できるかは、英会話ではとても重要なのです。
In English conversation, whether you can pronounce these phonetic sound is very important.

今日母から甘茶の茶葉をもらいました。
Today, my mom gave me this tea bag of Amacha tea, which literally means "sweet tea" in Japanese.

実家で飲んだんですが、不思議ですね。この甘さってどこからくるんだろう．．．
I had this tea at my parents' house and I wondered where this sweetness comes from...

結局温泉には入らなかったんですが（笑）　Though I didn't take the onsen bath there...


建物の裏には源泉ではなく、湧き水がありました♪
What we found was not its source, but another natural water source ;-)



大量に湧き出していました。
Water was coming out with great amount. 

On the side of the road in Tsunan, Niigata Prefecture, I found this local unattended vegetable kiosk selling nice cabbage for just 50yen each!

先週 rough (粗い) と smooth (滑らか)　を教えるためだけに作った小鳥の家（笑）
As a part of our class activities last week, we made a bird house just to teach two vocabulary; rough and smooth.


今日はその小鳥の家を色づけ♪
Today, we painted it ;-)
絵本にあったんです。何色と何色を混ぜると何色になるか的なページが。
We did some color blending experiment, too after this book with the page featuring it.


ひたすら beautiful を連発し、褒めました☆
The rest of the lesson, I kept praising my student repeating "That's beautiful!". 

枝豆を種から育てている。

ぐんぐん成長し、まだかな？まだかな？と楽しみにしていた。

ある日ふと見てみると、なんと！すでになっているではないか…

収穫が楽しみだ☆
