変わるには

Change to get out of your comfort zone is the most difficult thing to do.
It takes hell out of courage in you.
You'll see what you don't want to see though, it's a start to see a change in yourself.
When would you begin?

雇用の増加

Economic growth doesn't always mean job increase.

There's a simple explanation to this logic.

Companies are always seeking a way to reduce personnel and maximize their productivity.

Introduction of better equipment or machinery does it all.

During economic downturn, they have no money to invest, so they have no choice but to gradually decrease the number of workers.

When the sitation turns upside down, there's R&D or research and development so that they might be able to come up with stuff with better productivity and less personnel. Finally there's a list of people whom the company wants to fire.

The question is when employment increases.

A chef can't cook and serve food at the same time, for example.

Yes. New businesses.

There will be more people at work if more and more businesses start operating.

Ideas are here. It just depends on what the government wants to be headed.

雇用減?

Labor market can be divided into two groups, blue collar and white collar.

You might think employment will increase if demands grow.

It's true in a certain sense though, there's a pitfall for this thought.

The former market will hire less workers if the companies invest on new machineries, which can replace workers with.

The latter market will hire less workers if they introduce better software.

Good economy doesn't mean good labor market.

景気と雇用

Employment will increase if the economy becomes better.
Is that true?
Companies would buy better machineries which require less personnel with if they had more money.
How simple is that?
You should know that they are always looking for the chance to reduce as many workers as possible with higher productivity.

切口と視点

Cuts and perspectives are important to come up with ideas.
They're fresh and easy to lose freshness.
To take advantage of which, once you make a cut, just get in.

現実の距離

Reality is much further than you imagine.
You might just think it's too serious to believe. I bet whatever it is sounds like a story way beyond our imagination.
What did the media fail to inform us?
It's not what told us. It's what they didn't do.
What if they delivered some more information step by step to make us understand over time to time on TV or newspaper?
My feeling is that what we really have to see is covered up with violent crimes and scandals.
Are you ready to know the possible future of Japan?

批判の代償

Making criticism of others is like a drug.
You feel good.
You think your listeners like you.
And you start to collect more sources for your criticism.
Finally you end up losing all your friends.
Criticism clouds your judgement.

証明

It's not about running.
It's about talking to myself and being honest to each other.
You can't understand others just by talking with them though, getting physical sometime helps get the truth.
It's been a while.

汗はいい♫

Sweat helps a great deal to our body.
Air conditioning certainly cools us down. However, it closes skin holes. They have to open up to sweat, which actually adjusts body temperature. Our very natural physical reactions must not be disturbed by technologies.

自由とは?

Everyone wants to be happy.
One nagging thing is that happiness will not come if everyone acts freely.
Freedom gets in everyone's way in reality.
What do we do to keep it away from disturbing us?
Be happy for whatever good happens to others.

自信と自身

Maybe it's time to start over again.
Actions without a certain level of confidence end up with hurting yourself.
Confidence can absorb the impact of whatever goes wrong. Wounds made by the confidence heal and reinforce the parts around them.

ニーズとは

Businesses want to sell things or services at as higher prices as possible.
Customers want to buy things or services at as lower prices as possible.
If the former wins, there won't be anyone who buys.
If the latter wins, there won't be anyone who sells.
Businesses are also customers and vise versa. They should get closer a little.

Can you draw a line between your belief and where you must consider compromise?
Honestly, I can't. I don't deny that.
Do I want to settle?

Opportunity comes to anyone on time.
You recognize it because you can handle it.
It keeps coming one after another because you can see it.
It might fail you because you can realize what you are missing.

They wait for their parents all day long.
Doubt? Anxiety? I wonder.
I'm sure that they believe the parents.
Their lives depend on them.
Bond between them is very strong.
Someday, they will be parents.
