信濃陸送株式会社 の入り口にある御影石製の日本一大きいカエルの証明らしい。

It's a proof of Shinano Rikusou Co., Ltd's owning the Japan's biggest granite stone made frog sitting in front of their office. Kaeru is frog in Japanese. It also reads "coming back".

They wish safe returns of their people and customers ;-)
