Labor market can be divided into two groups, blue collar and white collar.
You might think employment will increase if demands grow.
It's true in a certain sense though, there's a pitfall for this thought.
The former market will hire less workers if the companies invest on new machineries, which can replace workers with.
The latter market will hire less workers if they introduce better software.
Good economy doesn't mean good labor market.
