Any human babies don't suddenly start to run.

How can anyone skip walking before running?

Even after diving into the working society, a baby step is always necessary in the beginning.

If you neglect that, you will have to pay soon or later.

Eventually, you will have to leave where you belong.

Would you do that when nobody has taken over what you are capable of?

Wouldn't you wanna do that after you have seen your mighty subordinates can operate without you?
