炭火で焼芋

Yakiimo is a term we refer to a grilled sweet potato in Japan.
We first wrap it with aluminum foil and throw it into charcoal fire, and wait for a while.
I use a wet newspaper to wrap it before I do using foil.
Someone told me this method.
If you are lucky, you will have chance to taste it ;-)
