There's nothing more important than learning (there may be more important thing than this... ).
新しい物事を学ぶことほど大切なことはない（いや、ほかにもっと大切なこともあるかもしれない．．．）。
Today, I was made to realize one thing adding to that about learning.
今日、学ぶということについて、とても考えさせられることがあった。
You can keep on learning new things from somebody though, you CAN'T be that somebody.
誰かから新しい物事を学び続けることはできる。しかし、決してその誰かになることはできないのだ。
At some point, you have to start to make your own theory.
どのみち、持論というものを持ち始めることになる。
Strong believers are appreciated by large organizations.
信じやすい人は、信じる度合いが強いほど大きな組織には求められる。
Just make them believe in what you say so that they can focus on practicing whatever it is, even killing.
そういう人たちに教えや決まりを信じ込ませてしまえば、彼らは何だってする。きっと殺人も。
Believers often don't listen to other believers who believe opposite ideas.
そういう彼らは、違う教えを信じる人たちの言うことを聞こうとしない。
They become walking bibles in the end.
結果、ある一つの教えを広めるだけの人たちになってしまうのだ。
They don't think.
彼らは自分で考えない。
They don't doubt.
自分たちを疑わない。
And they get aggressive to non-believers.
そして、同じ教えを信じない人たちに対して攻撃的になる。
However, soon or later you will hit the wall of problems, which your theory can't explain.
それでも遅かれ早かれ、その教えでは説明のできない問題の壁に突き当たるのだ。
In any case, you got to find information on your own after all, not theories of somebody else's.
どのみち、結局自分で情報を探すしかない。誰かの「教え」ではだめなのだ。
With all information you can get, you have to think, doubt and be open-minded.
まず集められる限りの情報を集めて、それを基に考え、疑って、そして心を広く持たなくてはいけない。
Acceptance is a start.
まずは、違いを認めることから始めよう。
