Senior workers in the society should be more tolerant to young and inexperienced ones.
In many cases, experiences matter.
What should those with less experiences do?
There's nothing they can do about it.
Who can do something about it, then?
In my opinion, the experienced should be more giving and sharing for the inexperienced.
They should never look at their résumés to find out who they are, but they should take risks by recruiting the youth with lots of confidence with no bases.
I'm sure they have power to make something happen and overcome whatever gets in the way.
