早速収穫したゴーヤをみょうが、昆布、りんご酢、しょうゆ、あとはみりんで漬けました♪
I pickled the goya, which I just picked off, with the myoga or Japanese ginger, seaweed, apple vinegar, soy sauce and mirin rice wine ;-)
