ミシガン州アントリム郡 Antrim County で行われた 選挙システム監査 の報告書【原文PDF書類のリンク】が公開された。
以下の引用部分が結論である。
引用 “ We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”
要するに、選挙の結果を操作できるようにソフトウェアが設計されていて、わざと読み込み不能エラーが高確率で出るようにできていた。
読み込み不能と判断された投票用紙は手動で別の用紙に作り直された。完全非公開で透明性も確保されず、変更記録などを追跡できない状態で作り直されていた。これでは不正投票や選挙不正が起きても何ら不思議ではない。したがって、このようなシステムをミシガン州で採用すべきではないと言う結論に至った。当然ながら、アントリム郡においてこのような結論が出た以上、正式に認定できるような選挙結果とは言えない。

２０２０年１２月６日 のログとして残されている現象確認のための試験集計の結果、15,676 票中 68.05% にあたる 10,667 票が読み取りエラーを起こした。これらがそのまま違う投票用紙に作り替えられたと考えられる。本来この機械の欠陥に起因するエラー率の高さでは、州および連邦政府選挙法に規定されている選定基準を満たしていない。
